Meet the Counselors
Timothy Allen
I am pleased to have this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Timothy Allen, School Social Worker at South Central Michigan Virtual.
Throughout my professional experience, I have attained the necessary skills to motivate and encourage young people to be successful. These skills have equipped me with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
I have also developed instructional and curriculum awareness that creates a learning environment which contributes towards personal school achievement.

I am a Licensed School Social Worker, specializing in creating a positive change in the lives of people from a Holistic Therapy approach, which can enhance social emotional learning and academic success.
My passion is to assist individuals to work towards successful improvements in their lives. To accomplish this goal, I believe that the focus must be built on a solid plan that is designed with the student’s needs at the forefront.
I am very excited to be a part of the South Central Michigan Virtual team.
Respectfully,
Timothy L. Allen, MA., LMSW

Hi SCMV Students!
My name is Ms. Sullivan, and I am your new school counselor at South Central! I just wanted to introduce myself and let you know that I am here to help you with any concerns or questions you may have.
As far as academics, I can help you with your schedule, let you know about your graduation status and how many credits you have, and help you enroll in a college program or courses if you wish!
I am also here to help you with any mental or emotional troubles you may be facing. Even though we may not see each other in person, I would be more than happy to schedule a zoom meeting with you if you ever need some support or counseling. I can also connect you with other counseling or mental health resources available in our community.
If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to reach out! I would be happy to help you! All my contact information is listed below this email.
Thank you!
